The Lat Pulldown Machine targets your upper-body. Specifically, it allows you to work on your latissimus dorsi and bicep muscles.
Load an appropriate weight evenly on both sides of the machine.
While maintaining contact with the seat and your thighs underneath the seat rollers, then, keeping a straight back, pull the handles downwards until they are in line with your shoulders
Exhale as you pull the handles downwards to your shoulders.
Allow the handles to slowly return back up to the stretch position.
Inhale as you allow the handles to return back up.
Perform 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps
Return all weights to the storage bars after use.
