The Shoulder Press Machine targets your upper-body. Specifically, it allows you to work on your deltoid and triceps muscles.
Load an appropriate weight evenly on both sides of the machine.
While maintaining contact between your back and the seat, press handles upwards without locking your elbows.
Exhale as you press the handles away from your shoulders
Allow the handles to slowly come down until they are in line with your shoulders and without resting the weight back down on the supports
Inhale as you allow the handles to come back in towards your chest.
Perform 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps
Return all weights to the storage bars after use.
